Taxes & cleaning will apply to all listed rates
Condo & cabin cleaning fees are:
- $30 - 1 bedroom condo
- $40 - 2 bedroom condo
- $50 - 3 bedroom condo & all cabins
The Gatlinburg lodging tax is 12.5% - 12.75%.
We do have some units that allow 1 pet for a
1 time, non-refundable pet fee of $50 (2 pets for $75)
All holidays and special events add $20.00 to in season rates.
Season's Defined:
- In-season begins in mid-May & goes through mid-January.
- Off-season is from mid-January through mid-May.
